Anxiety can spoil the chances of even the most hardworking and successful candidates, making it far harder for them to recall even well learned information and marshal their thoughts coherently.
For several years I ran workshops helping students of all ages improve their examination chances by learning ways of controlling ‘exam day’ nerves and recalling facts accurately and efficiently under exam room pressure.
I also wrote and presented a DVD called Pass That Exam that is widely used by schools, colleges and students around Britain.
Although featuring students taking their final year school exams, the procedures I describe have also helped students of any age taking a wide range of exams. Among those using it are would-be doctors, trainee lawyers, police officers and mature students returning to university or attending vocational courses.
The procedures I describe will help you achieve your true potential no matter what type of exam you are taking. You will find them powerful and helpful no matter what age you are or what sort of exam you are taking. They will build confidence, boost grades and bring exam day nerves back under control.
